The new Shoshone-Bannock Community Health Center location will be open soon. Construction has been completed on the facility, and we look forward to welcoming new and existing patients to this facility for primary care in a comfortable setting.

From the groundbreaking in May of 2025 until now our staff, alongside many other Tribal departments have worked diligently to bring a more modern healthcare option to the Fort Hall Community. We would like to thank all that have helped bring this new building to our community.
