The Shoshone-Bannock Community Health Center provides Primary Care and Urgent Care services for all members of the community regardless of race or national origin.

The Community Health Center was founded on the belief that everyone should have a place to turn for healthcare in the Fort Hall community. The center is open every day, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
