Primary Health Care

Primary Health Care allows patients to access a doctor or nurse and includes things such as routine physical exams, preventative care, screenings, immunizations, and pregnancy care. We also offer Department of Transportation physical exams for Commercial Driver’s Licenses.

We have a limited, small pharmacy for basic needs and we do not dispense narcotics at this location.

The Shoshone-Bannock Community Health Center is staffed with attending providers, nurses and specialists from Southeastern Idaho.
