The Shoshone-Bannock Community Health Center provides Primary Care and Urgent Care services for all members of the community regardless of race or national origin.

Bart McDonald owns Superior Physical Therapy, and has partnered with the Shoshone-Bannock Community Health Center. He shares his thoughts about the need for quality physical therapy services in the Fort Hall Community. The Community Health Center was founded on the belief that everyone should have a place to turn for healthcare in the Fort Hall community.
